Riobel Chrome Finish
Riobel Chrome is a durable finish comprised of a layer of chrome plating laid onto the polished solid brass. Polished Chrome has a silver tone that tends to the cooler side of the color spectrum. This stable finish does not tarnish. (NOT PVD)

Riobel Black Finish
Riobel Black finish is achieved by powder coating -- a special technique where the coating is applied electrostatically and is cured with heat, forming a tough finish or "skin". This finish is extremely hard, making it much tougher than conventional paint. Riobel Black finish is used on kitchen sink drains and select accessories only.
